Bournemouth Falcons Training
We train every Wednesday at the Sir David English Sports Centre from 8:30pm until 10pm. Training usually consists of some drills, practice games and occasionally a friendly against a rival team on the night.
Your first taster session will be free. After that each training session costs just £3!
